Ingredients

Meat, Poultry, Fish, & Eggs:

  • 1 4- lb.  chicken
  • 1 1/2  lbs.  swordfish
  • large eggs

Produce:

  • pints  cherry tomatoes  any size, color, shape
  • 1/2-3/4 lb. large tomato diced
  • 1 1/2  lbs.  tomatillos
  • 1/2  head iceberg lettuce
  • sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • avocados 
3 limes
  • 7-8  jalapeños
  • 1 napa cabbage
  • yellow onion
  • bunch scallions
  • 31-33  cloves  garlic + 1 bulb
  • 2 inches fresh ginger
  • yukon gold potatoes
  • 4.5  lb.  sweet potatoes I used 2 lbs purple ones, the rest orange

Diary:

  • tbsp  unsalted butter
  • cups  grated cheddar
  • 16  oz.  mozzarella
2 oz. sheep’s milk feta

Cans & Jars:

  • can black beans
  • tbsp  coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • hot sauce I use Valentina
  • 1/4  cup  vegan mayonaise
  • chili oil optional
  • tbsp  Dijon mustard
3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/2  cup  rice wine vinegar

Pasta, Bread, Grains, Nuts, & Seeds:

  • 16  white corn tortillas
  • pound  pasta  I used tagliatelle

Spices, Oils, Misc:
2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • tbsp  herbes de Provence
  • tbsp  Shaoxing wine Sherry wine or Marsala wine
  • tbsp  dry white wine
1 package wonton wrappers round or square
  • 500  grams  all purpose flour 3 3/4 cups
1 gram active dry yeast
  • avocado oil
  • olive oil
  • sea salt & pepper
