I love a Negroni, and after enjoying this simple, delicious Negroni Bianco at Orsetto in Jackson Hole, WY, I had to learn how to make it at home so I could enjoy it forever. The best part? It's only three ingredients, equal parts of each!

Why this Recipe Works
It's not every day you'll see me making a cocktail because it's usually a ton of work to get all the ingredients. But with this Negroni Bianco, you just give it a stir and you're good to go! If you're feeling fancy, add a couple of pieces of thinly sliced lime.
This recipe uses three alcoholic drinks that are aperitifs making this the perfect drink to stimulate your appetite before a meal.
Ingredients & How to Make it

English Gin - a distilled juniper flavored drink.
Lillet Blanc - a fortified wine aperitif.
Carpano Bianco - a drier, lower sugar white vermouth.
Simply mix together equal parts of English gin, Lillet Blanc, and Carpano Bianco. Garnish with thinly sliced lime.
Apéritif FAQs
Vermouth, gin, champagne, ouzo, fino, and more.
An apéritif is enjoyed before a meal to stimulate the appetite, and a digestif is enjoyed after a meal to stimulate digestion.
This Italian liqueur made from lemon zest is enjoyed as both an apéritif and digestif.
