It’s Negroni Week! And negroni week happens to almost always fall on my birthday, which is just perfect. I love negronis, and after enjoying this simple, delicious drink at Orsetto in Jackson Hole, WY, I had to learn how to make it at home so I could enjoy it forever. The best part? It’s only three ingredients, equal parts of each!
It’s not every day you’ll see me making a cocktail because it’s usually a ton of work to get all the ingredients, measure everything, and usually make some sort of mixer or simple syrup. But with this Negroni Bianco, you just give it a stir and you’re good to go! If you’re feeling fancy, add a couple thinly sliced lime pieces.
- 2 oz. English Gin
- 2 oz. Lillet
- 2 oz. Carpano Bianco
- Equal parts. Yes. It is THAT simple.
