💜 Creative Ways to Use Lavender Syrup
- Cocktail or mocktail mixers: This simple syrup works double duty to provide delicious lavender flavor and sweetness to your alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. It's great with bubbly water and some lemon.
- As a sweetener for tea and coffee: Sweeten your hot or iced coffee and tea with simple syrup instead of granulated sugar, honey, or artificial sweeteners.
- To keep cakes moist: Brush syrup onto cake layers to keep them moist. This is especially useful for layered cakes that will be stored before serving.
