Iranian Adasi

Iranian Adasi is a slow-simmered lentil soup enjoyed for breakfast, often on weekends. Garnish with fried onions, fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lime, or enjoy as is.

Challenge Period

The challenge officially opens on January 22, 2026 and closes on February 28, 2026. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM PST on February 28, 2026.

How to Enter

  • Make my recipe: Follow my recipe on the blog to make Adasi.
  • Submit your best photo: Email a photo of your completed dish to  [email protected] for one entry into the lottery. Be sure to include your first name and the email address where you want to be contacted if you win.

Your feedback means a lot to me. While not required, I’d love for you to leave a star rating and written review on the blog post for Adasi.

The Prize

One winner will be randomly selected to receive one (1) $100 Amazon Gift Card. The winner will be notified by email within one week after the challenge closes. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
