Add 1 teaspoon of culinary grade matcha powder to a bowl. Add a couple of tablespoons of warm or hot water and whisk to remove clumps. Add a cup more of water and whisk until frothy.
Add your ice cream to a glass or bowl. Pour the matcha over the ice cream and serve!
