Cranberry, Thyme, Brie, & Apple Crostini
This Cranberry, Thyme, Brie, & Apple Crostini is the perfect appetizer for any feast this holiday season, and I’m serving it up with some of my favorite wine selections.

- 8-12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 baguette sliced and toasted
- 2 McIntosh apples thinly sliced
- 8 oz. goat milk brie sliced
- 1 bunch fresh thyme stemmed
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Add your cranberries to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Cook for 15 minutes.
Layer each slice of baguette with the sliced apple, brie, a tablespoon of the roasted cranberries, and a sprinkle of thyme leaves. Drizzle with more honey if desired.
