This Cranberry, Thyme, Brie, & Apple Crostini is the perfect appetizer for any feast this holiday season, and I’m serving it up with some of my favorite wine selections.
Add your cranberries to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Cook for 15 minutes.
Layer each slice of baguette with the sliced apple, brie, a tablespoon of the roasted cranberries, and a sprinkle of thyme leaves. Drizzle with more honey if desired.
Notes
This recipe uses fresh cranberries. You can use dried cranberries in this recipe, but you need to plump them up in warm water. You do not need to roast the dried cranberries.I use goat milk brie because I prefer it, but any brie works in this recipe. This recipe uses fresh thyme. If you use dried thyme, use it sparingly because the flavor is much more potent.
