Pomegranate Molasses Roasted Brussels Sprouts

WHAT YOU NEED

brussels sprouts oil garlic pomegranate molasses salt pepper

oven to 400F. Add 3  tbsp of olive oil, 3 tbsp of pomegranate molasses, and 5 minced cloves of garlic to a bowl

PREHEAT

pound of Brussels sprouts –halve or quarter the large ones, and toss to coat well in sauce

ADD

on lined sheet for 20 mins

ROAST 

them around and cook for an additional 5-10 mins until edges brown
