Instructions
Turn on broiler on high.
Lightly oil the salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with lemon slices.
Bake until flakes and white proteins are released from the salmon flesh. Depends on the thickness of your salmon and if you keep it whole or have individual pieces.
