Ingredients

mixed greens PER PERSON

Persian cucumbers
diced

heirloom cherry tomatoes
quartered

radishes
sliced with a mandolin or very thin with a knife

sprigs dill
stems removed

Instructions
Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix with the greens.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the greens. Toss and enjoy!
