Ingredients

Meat, Poultry, Fish, & Eggs:

  • bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2  lbs.  ground lamb
  • 15 eggs

Produce:

  • heads of romaine lettuce
  • avocados
  • large tomato
  • jalapeños
2 limes
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • fennel bulbs
  • 2 inches fresh ginger
  • medium multi-colored beets
  • 1-1.5  lbs  small potatoes
  • 1.5  lb.  sweet potatoes
  • 1.5-2  lbs.  leeks
  • yellow onions
  • 1 small red onion
16 cloves garlic

Diary:

  • cup  cheddar cheese
  • 1/2  cup  parmesan
  • tbsp  unsalted butter

Cans & Jars:

  • 2 15- oz  cans of black beans
  • 3 15- oz.  cans chickpeas
  • 16  piquillo peppers  14-16 oz jar
  • Optional: hot sauce
  • tbsp  whole-grain mustard
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Pasta, Bread, Grains, Nuts, & Seeds:

  • flour tortillas or wraps I used spinach wraps
  • 1.5  cups  farro
  • 12  oz.  bucatini

Spices, Oils, Misc:

  • tbsp  matzo meal  breadcrumbs, or panko
4 tsp cumin
2 tsp corriander
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1-2 tsp curry powder
  • tsp  red pepper flakes
  • avocado oil
  • olive oil
  • sea salt & pepper
