  • bunch of broccoli rabe
  • head broccoli
  • fennel
  • scallions
  • 10 ” fingers of ginger
  • 20 cloves garlic
  • small shallot
  • yellow onion

Diary:

  • 1 1/3  cup  Parmesan
  • oz.  feta
  • oz.  mozzarella
  • 15  oz.  ricotta cheese
  • oz.  cheddar
  • oz.  gruyere
  • tbsp  butter

Frozen:

  • 12  oz.  shelled edamame
  • Pasta Grains, Nuts, & Seeds:
  • lb.  pasta 1 lb. fusilli
  • bundles soba noodles
  • ¼  cup  pine nuts
  • 1/4  cup  pepitos aka pumpkin seeds
  • 1 loaf of sourdough bread

Cans & Jars:

  • 1 14-  oz  can diced tomatoes
  • 1 14-  oz  can stock
  • ½-1  cup  vegetable broth
  • tsp  Dijon mustard
