Ingredients

basmati rice
1 14-

can chicken broth
1 14-
oz
can tomato sauce

teaspoon
cumin
Instructions
Wash rice 3 times with lukewarm water.
Put the rice in the pot with the chicken broth, tomato sauce, cumin and gently stir.
Stir every few minutes.
Bring to boil, then remove the lid to keep from overflowing. Lower to simmer. Continue to stir every few minutes.
Cook 30-40 minutes.
