Ingredients

lb.
broccoli
trimmed and separated (see photo)
Light sprinkle of sea salt
Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Feel free to steam your broccoli however you like. I use a 2-layer bamboo steamer placed over a pot of simmering water as you see to in the photo.
Bring 2-3 inches of water to boil in a pot that fits the steamer.
Lower to simmer.
Top with steamer.
Cook 15-20 minutes, until tender but still firm.
Lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
