Strawberry Cream Puffs

WHAT YOU NEED

Choux Pastry whole milk unsalted butter sea salt all purpose flour vanilla extract eggs Strawberry Mascarpone Filling  heavy cream cold mascarpone cheese  icing sugar  vanilla extract strawberries sugar  Strawberry Chocolate Shell white chocolate coconut oil strawberry powder

milk, butter, and salt to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until butter is melted and mixture just barely comes to a boil

ADD

from heat and add flour in one go. Mix well to quickly to absorb all the liquid

REMOVE

2-4 minutes until dough clumps together and pulls away from sides of the saucepan

COOK

vanilla extract and then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. The consistency should be like dry custard. Fill piping bag with dough

MIX

circles on baking sheet. Wet your finger and use it to smooth & flatten any points or bulges

PIPE

each sheet of puffs for 25 minutes

BAKE

strawberry puree with  mascarpone cheese, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat to soft peaks. Refrigerate until ready to use

COMBINE

your filling inside your pastry shells until full

PIPE

dried strawberry powder into melted white chocolate and coconut oil until smooth

MIX

each cream puff into melted chocolate glaze. Let harden and serve
