Slow Cooker Brisket for Passover

WHAT YOU NEED

beef brisket flavorless oil salt & pepper red onion fennel carrots celery rosemary cloves garlic dried bay leaves red wine soy sauce aminos, or just more salt jalapeño

oil in a heavy bottom sauté pan over medium heat. Season brisket with salt & pepper. Sear brisket, flipping once, just until golden brown

HEAT

onion, fennel, carrots, celery, rosemary, garlic, bay leaves, red wine, and soy sauce to slow cooker

ADD

and cook on low until tender, 6-8 hours. Let rest for 20 minutes with the slow cooker on warm

COVER

Pull apart beef brisket and serve
