Pomegranate Molasses Lamb

WHAT YOU NEED

lamb pomegranate molasses garlic dijon mustard oil herbes de Provence

lamb chops into pairs of two, lay out lamb, and sprinkle each side with the Herbes de Provence, and optional salt

SLICE

garlic, dijon mustard, pomegranate molasses, and oil to make dressing. Spoon dressing on just one side of lamb

BLEND

Broil the lamb in oven on high, until top side is browned. This should take ~5 mins Flip lamb over, and spoon dressing on the other side of the lamb. Broil on second side for 5 more mins Then turn the oven temperature to 350F and roast until the lamb’s internal temperature reads 135F

COOKING LAMB
