MATZO ICEBOX CAKE

matzo chocolate chips virgin coconut oil heavy whipping cream powdered sugar (optional) matcha powder (please see full blog post for KFP requirements for each of these ingredients)

WHAT YOU NEED

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and pour it over the matzo. You can also use ready made chocolate covered matzo.

CHOCOLATE

Whip the cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Include the matcha if you are including it in this recipe.

WHIPPED CREAM

the matzo with the whipped cream.

LAYER

with more whipped cream and freeze for at least 6 hours.

COVER

with the last third of the whipped cream just before serving.
