Matcha Shortbread Cookies Dipped in Dark Chocolate

WHAT YOU NEED

Matcha Shortbread Cookies unsalted butter granulated sugar powdered sugar all-purpose flour salt matcha powder Dark Chocolate Dip dark chocolate chips coconut oil sea salt

together butter and sugar

CREAM

dry ingredients: flour, matcha powder, and salt. Form your shortbread dough and divide in half

ADD

dough in parchment paper, wax paper, or plastic. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours and up to 24 hours

WRAP

chilled dough into evenly sized discs

SLICE 

cookies for 11-13 minutes, until edges begin to turn light brown

BAKE

dark chocolate and coconut oil together over a bain-marie

MELT

each shortbread cookie into melted dark chocolate
