Marinated Tofu Extra firm tofu Brown sugar Soy sauce Rice vinegar Fresh ginger Fresh garlic Scallions Sushi Rice Sushi rice or short grain rice Water Rice vinegar Sugar Sea salt Other Nori seaweed

your tofu

PRESS

your rice to cook it

BOIL

your cooked rice

SEASON

your tofu after cutting it into slices as shown

MARINATE

the tofu in a pan. Make sure to wipe off excess garlic and scallions

COOK

a small amount of rice with one piece of the cooked tofu, on your seaweed wrap. Wrap like a parcel
