MELT

the heavy cream

WHISK

egg whites to stiff peaks

BEAT

stiff egg whites into the melted chocolate gradually

FOLD

in the whipped cream gently and refrigerate

FOLD

mascarpone cheese, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a hand mixer to soft peaks
