Garlic & Herb Savory Profiteroles

WHAT YOU NEED

Choux Pastry  whole milk unsalted butter sea salt all purpose flour eggs Garlic & Herb Cheese Filling heavy cream  cream cheese  unsalted butter parmesan cheese garlic fresh dill chives parsley pepper

milk, butter, and salt to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until butter is melted and mixture just comes to a boil

ADD

from heat and mix in flour with a wooden spoon quickly to absorb the liquid

REMOVE

over heat 2-4 minutes until the dough clumps together and pulls away from the sides of the saucepan

COOK

eggs into the mixture, mixing well after each egg until consistency of dry custard

WHISK

piping bag with choux pastry mixture and pipe circles onto lined baking sheet

FILL

together the garlic & herb ingredients until smooth

BEAT

your filling inside your pastry shells until full
