FREEZER BREAKFAST BURRITO

WHAT YOU NEED

eggs black beans cheddar cheese avocado tortilla wraps hot sauce Pico de Gallo ingredients: tomato red onion jalapeño  lime olive oil salt and pepper

chopped tomato, onion, jalapeño, lime, oil, salt and pepper in bowl to make pico de gallo. Slice avocados.

MIX

and rinse black beans. Put them in a pot of water and bring to boil. Simmer until beans are tender.

DRAIN

eggs on medium heat in a nonstick pan. When they lightly start to scramble add your cheese in.

SCRAMBLE

an equal portion of ingredients in each wrap. Add optional hot sauce for some heat.

ASSEMBLE

burritos by closing two short sides of the circle tortilla, then rolling the ingredients into a long log shape.
