Churro Toffee

WHAT YOU NEED

white chocolate chips baking soda cinnamon coconut oil sugar butter salt vanilla

sugar, butter, salt, and vanilla over medium-low heat

MELT

constantly until 295-300F on a thermometer

STIR

baking soda and stir vigorously

ADD

mixture onto parchment paper once it has puffed up

POUR

white choc chips with coconut oil over bain-marie

MELT

white chocolate over toffee and spread with a spatula

POUR

cinnamon sugar over the warm chocolate

SPRINKLE

toffee to cool and set

LEAVE

toffee into bite-size pieces
