Can you make smoothie bowls ahead of time?
To prep ahead this smoothie the night before, add your ingredients to your to-go container (less the nut mylk, see photo 1). Before blending, add just enough nut mylk to cover your fruits & veggies (photo 2). Transfer all the ingredients to your blender (photo 3), blend, and pour back into your container (photo 4).
What makes the best healthy smoothie?
Top your smoothie bowl with all your favorites: extra mango, strawberries, sliced banana, toasted coconut, dried fruit, nuts, & nut butter!
Super Green Tropical Smoothie Bowl
- 1 banana sub. frozen
- 1/2 cup mango sub. frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple sub. frozen
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 2 tsp your favorite adaptogen/protein optional
- 1.5 cups nut mylk or other non-dairy milk. Add more if too thick.
- 1 banana
- 2 strawberries
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
- Mix all your smoothie ingredients in a blender.
- Pour in a bowl.
- Top with the toppings.
