Join Candice on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11:00am – 1ish for a tea cured salmon tasting & workshop in Portland, OR with delicious snacks and hands-on creation. We will start by enjoying each others company over tea, prosecco, and snacks. Then, Candice will share about the art of curing salmon, and about infusing the salmon with the tea flavors. Through a tea and salmon pairing, you will enjoy 4 samplings of tea cured salmon paired with the teas they were cured in. After a salmon curing demo done by Candice, you will get to cure your very own piece of Copper River Salmon in your own choice of tea to take home and enjoy with your friends and family.
Doors will open at 11am, and tasting will begin promptly at 11:30.

You will receive your own Copper River Salmon filet (1/2 a sockeye salmon), a pair of my favorite fish tweezers, and some other special treats to take home.
